Re-Evaluation of Oil Bearing for Wells with Long Production Histories in Low Permeability Reservoirs Using Data-Driven Models

The re-evaluation of oil-bearing wells enables finding potential areas and estimating the results well logging. oil bearing is one key procedures for guiding development lower production with long-term histories. However, there are many limitations to traditional assessment due low resolution excessive reliance on geological expert experience, which may lead inaccurate uncertain predictions. Based information gain, three data-driven models were established in this paper re-evaluate wells. indicated that RF model performed best an accuracy 95.07%, while prediction capability neural network was worst, only 79.8% accuracy. Moreover, integrated explored improve Compared network, support vector machine, random forest models, fusion improved by 20.9%, 8.5%, 1.4%, assisted enhancing prediction. Combined characteristics actual field, target sweet spot found, providing theoretical guidance effective late period oilfield development.
